I dream of organizations that are profitable and innovative but not at the expense of the humanity and lives of the people involved in that creation.

I dream of organizations where people can manage themselves just like in a bee hive and where hierarchies disappear.

I dream of organizations that are safe spaces for people to be their true selves rather than hiding behind their professional personas.

I dream of organizations where environments are created for people to have fun and to create rather than to perform according to KPIs.

I dream of organizations where people at the front-line are empowered to take decisions and feel safe to make mistakes.

I dream of organizations that create abundance for everyone involved while also creating good for humanity as a whole.

I dream of leaders who show the courage to be authentic with all their light and their shadows, with their strengths and weaknesses.

I dream of leaders that do not bully people nor bribe people but rather inspire them to co-create.

I dream of leaders who think of themselves as catalyst for growth for their teams, their industry and their community.

I dream of leaders that are humble and realize that leadership is not about knowing all the right answers but rather about collective sensing towards a common vision.

I dream of leaders with the humility to listen rather than to preach.
