FOR LEADERS
Sometimes the question isn't simply "How can I become a better leader?" It's "What do I really want next?"
You may be considering a career change, questioning a direction that once made sense, facing a transition, or finding that success on paper no longer feels like success.
I created Transformational Coaching because I needed it myself, and couldn't find it.
When I was trying to figure out what came next for me, I found that different approaches addressed different parts of the question. Performance coaching could move quickly toward answers and plans. Career coaching often started with my resume and focused on what I could do next. Life coaching gave space for the bigger picture, but didn't engage deeply enough with my career, and career is a significant part of how I have shaped my life.
What I needed was different: deep work grounded in my career, but also grounded in who I was becoming and where I was in my life.
I didn't want to simply repeat the past. I wanted to build on everything I had learned and accomplished, but create a future that looked different. And I came to understand that creating that future required more than deciding what to do. I had to ask who I needed to become to do it.
That is the work I now offer others.
It isn't linear. There is exploration, uncertainty, experimentation, and sometimes a fair amount of chaos. But at the end, you will reinvent who you are and find clarity about your future direction.
Defining what you want from your next chapter and what matters most to you
Establishing criteria for evaluating different future possibilities
Identifying limiting beliefs, conflicting values, and patterns that may be getting in the way
Challenging assumptions and reframing ways of thinking that no longer serve you
Turning clarity into a practical plan
Taking action while staying open to what you learn along the way
There is no prescribed path. The work is shaped around your situation.
We move between reflection and action — understanding what's underneath the question, making sense of your options, testing possibilities, and taking the steps that move you forward.
The goal isn't to find the perfect answer. It's to develop enough clarity to make choices you can stand behind, understand what needs to change, and take meaningful action.
This work begins with a conversation, not a plan.
