FOR TEAMS
Facilitation for executive teams and boards facing consequential questions, helping people bring different perspectives into the room, work through complexity, and reach decisions they can move forward with.
A board or executive team can have smart people, good intentions, and still get stuck.
Often, it's not because there aren't enough ideas. It's because people don't have the same view of what matters most, what the organization can realistically take on, or how disagreement should be handled when views genuinely differ.
Those gaps eventually show up in the wider organization, in priorities, decisions, roles, and how people work together.
Confidential conversations reveal what people are seeing, where perspectives differ, and what may be hard to say in the room.
Themes are brought together so the group sees the bigger picture, including differences that may stay beneath the surface.
Working through what matters to a clear, shared outcome the group can stand behind.
I'm there to make it easier for people to say what they really think, listen to perspectives they may not share, and stay with the difficult parts of the conversation long enough to get somewhere useful. The result is something tangible the group has worked through and owns — a direction, plan, framework, or way of working.
Clarifying roles, decision-making, and ways of working.
Moving from broad discussion to a strategic direction and action plan.
Working through differences and reaching clarity about what matters and what happens next.
I bring firsthand experience of governance from both sides of the table. I have served as both an executive and a board member, so I know what it means to participate in a board-level decision and then be responsible for making it work.
Over nearly 30 years in technology, executive, and governance roles, I've worked with organizations through periods of growth and change, and supported governance work in nonprofits and social enterprises. I understand what it's like to sit in the room, have a different view, and make a decision together — then have to live with it.
Let's talk about what's in the room and what's underneath it.
